DID YOU KNOW?
Gamay originated in Cote d’Or in the 14th century but was banned by the ruling Duke, who didn’t trust its unfamiliar taste. The vines were moved south to Beaujolais, where the grapes ripen better with the increased levels of sunlight.

Notes of fresh strawberry with hints of cherry blossom.
Fête des Flaveurs Bordeaux Rosé is made in a southern French style - a delicate pale pink, with subtle summer fruit aromas, but just a touch richer than a warmer climate coastal rosé.

Chicken kebabs, grilled halloumi and barbecued fish. Or, enjoy on its own in the sunshine!

Packed with flavours of lime and delicate hints of lemon blossom.
In the Languedoc, Picpoul is also known as ‘lip-stinger’ due to its naturally mouth-puckering tang. Savour the crisp and refreshing citrus flavours, with delicate lime blossom. The mineral finish takes you straight to the coastline of the South of France.

Picpoul de Pinet comes in a unique, sleek green bottle called a ‘Neptune’. You’ll find three symbols on the glass: the waves of the sea; the cross of its Languedoc-Roussillon home; and columns which are a nod to Roman Doric columns.

Flavours and aromas of plums, with lingering notes of chocolate.
Generous plum fruit overlaid with notes of chocolate makes this an ineffably easy-to-drink Merlot, with notes of vanilla and spice from ageing in oak.

The word ‘Merlot’ comes from the French word for blackbird, ‘merle’ - the wine’s colour is said to resemble the blue-black hue of the bird’s feathers.

A refreshing, elegant and aromatic Sauvignon Blanc that reflects the cool climate of Touraine, with crisp lemon and apple flavours, and subtle notes of elderflower and citrus peel.
